INTRODUCTION
Two-year Associate Degree programs offer an accessible and practical pathway to higher education and career readiness. These programs are designed to serves as the foundation to build upon other educational achievements and equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for immediate employment. The philosophy behind these programs encompasses a holistic approach that emphasizes vocational training, hands-on learning, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Associate degree programs focus on providing students with industry-relevant knowledge and competencies that directly translate into the workforce. Through experiential learning, internships, and industry partnerships, students gain real-world experience and develop the practical skills necessary to excel in their chosen fields.
Apart from the focus on vocational training, Associate Degree programs are geared towards providing a well-rounded education. The curriculum includes a general education component that covers humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and mathematics. This foundation ensures that students develop critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, enabling them to adapt to diverse challenges in their careers and personal lives. Recognizing the diverse aspirations of students, Associate Degree programs offer seamless transferability of credits to four-year degree program enabling students to pursue further education if desired.
Program Objectives
- Vocational Skills: Students will be equipped with the practical skills and knowledge necessary for entry-level employment in their chosen field. This will enable them to become part of skilled workforce.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: Students will be exposed to a well-rounded curriculum that will enable them to analyze information, evaluate different perspectives, and apply their knowledge to address complex challenges encountered in professional and personal settings.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Students will become proficient in oral and written communication skills, as well as their ability to work effectively in diverse teams. Through group projects, presentations, and interactive learning experiences, they will learn to express their ideas clearly, listen actively, and collaborate with others.
- Experiential Learning Opportunities: Students will be able to gain hands-on experience offered through various experiential learning opportunities, such as internships, practicums, laboratory work, and simulations allowing them to apply their knowledge in real-world contexts.
- Academic and Career Advancement: Associate degree programs aim to provide a strong foundation for further academic and career advancement. They offer seamless transferability of credits to four-year institutions, enabling students to pursue higher degrees if desired.

Optional Internship/Community Service
Students in AD programs also have an option, either of completing a standard internship at any time after their first semester; or, to fulfil the requirement in the form of an attachment with a host institution for a total of 360 hours during their studies.

- Entry Requirements: Passing Marks in Intermediate or minimum of three passes in A’levels. Admission test exemptions will be given on the basis of reasonable SAT scores. Program Type: Morning/ Evening (Evening ADP will be offered subject to number of enrolments)
