PROJECT: FACIAL RECOGNITION DOOR LOCK USING THE IOT AND ML

This project addresses the concept of a reliable security system that makes use of the IOT for door operating system to give crucial security to our bank lockers, offices, and homes and constraining actions and security awareness through the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) module. It uses a photo-capturing approach in a fixed systematic procedure on the Raspberry Pi server system. Raspberry Pi controls the video camera for recording it for turning on an impart for door unlocking. Its working steps have camera interfacing to take live face pictures. Create a database for the authorized member or person if they exist. Captured the current photo of the face, saved it, and matched the captured picture with the database picture. link the GSM module to send alert messages to an approved person while unlocking the door in the form of a text message. The project can also be used ML for monitoring. It can capture the picture of an unidentified person store it in a database and send a message alert to the authorities for actions. It has an interface that transmits as an output. The mechanism will work in two different segments. The first segment is to capture a picture and store it in the database by creating a database. The second one is to match the picture with the stored picture in the database. For quality, we will use EFM (Eigenfaces methodology), Euclidian distances, and hugging face machine learning models for the identification of face

PROJECT: EFFECTIVENESS OF LEARNING PROGRAMMING THROUGH GAMES VS ONLINE TUTORIALS

Programming is magic more than a process of designing and building computer programs. It requires the ability to think and create things from logic. According to ACM and IEEE Computer Society “Computer science is becoming one of the core disciplines of 21st-century university education, something that any educated individual must possess some proficiency and understanding. The biggest problem for programming students today is to understand the core and basic programming concepts, especially those with no computer science background. A structured survey was conducted. In this study, we took 80 students. All of them were from a non-computer science background. We divide them into two groups. Group A was given the task of learning programming through online tutorials on Solo-learn while Group B had to learn programming through Code Combat and Light-Bot games. After 20 days, a quiz was organized that contained 2 programming tasks, and questions like rearranging the code to make it work, finding the error in the given program, etc. After the quiz, we conduct an Interview with them to ask about the application’s aesthetic, learning difficulty, motivation, usability, learning experience, and game fun in the interview. After analyzing all the gather results from quiz and interview analysis was generated.
