The Founding Trustee of Millennium Institute of Technology & Entrepreneurship, Dr. Faisal Mushtaq is a former Minister for Education, and Human rights, Population & Social Welfare. He is a leading national academician, education reformer and a social entrepreneur. He is the Founder & Chairman of Pakistan's largest Education Group The Millennium Education, Pakistan. He has been conferred with the prestigious National Civil Award of 'Tamgha-i- Imtiaz, TI' by the President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan in recognition of his outstanding services in the field of education, youth development public sector. He is recognized as one of the 500 most influential Muslims of the world for the last three consecutive years. Faisal Mushtaq is also the founder and CEO of a non – profit organization 'Change in Education Foundation' working in support of 'Public Private Partnerships' across education and thus scaling Millennium Development Goals. Thus far, he has successfully reformed more than 250 government schools across various districts, provinces and rural communities in Pakistan. He has been conferred with an honorary Doctorate of Education degree by the leading global university, University of Hertfordshire, for his services to education in Pakistan.
Ambassador Mashood Khan is a President of the TMUC Higher Education Group. A distinguished diplomat, statesman, and intellectual. Ambassador Masood Khan has served as the former President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, former Permanent Representative to the United Nations, and Ambassador to China and the United States.
Prof. Dr. Huma Baqai, Rector of the Millennium Institute of Technology and Entrepreneurship (MiTE) in Karachi, is a distinguished scholar, author, and educator with over 25 years of academic and professional experience. She previously served as an Associate Professor of Social Sciences & Liberal Arts at IBA Karachi and has made substantial contributions to teaching and research, including authoring three books. Dr. Baqai has published more than 40 research articles and book chapters in national and international forums.
With over two decades of media engagement in electronic and print platforms, she is also a certified corporate trainer and content developer, bringing 15 years of active training expertise. Her dedication to excellence extends to her role on several advisory and governance boards, where she lends her expertise to various organizations.
Prof. Dr. Kamran Ahsan (a computer scientist), after completing his PhD from Stafforshire University, UK, with a vast experience of teaching and research projects, Dr Ahsan returned to Pakistan with the spirit to serve the country and its people. He is an avid researcher and takes highest level of responsibility in ensuring the integrity of the research process. Dr. Ahsan has one patent to his credit while 4 others are almost finishing the process. He is widely published for his research in the area of disaster and health management through mobile technology which particularly includes his work for the disabled. In the limited span of time he has earned great respect for his research, he has chaired several international conferences and worked on multiple funded projects. Currently serving as a Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, and Director of ORIC (Additional Charge) at MiTE (Millennium Institute of Technology & Entrepreneurship). He has served as the Director of Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) for a fairly long tenure in which he has initiated the entire department and its processes.
Prof. Dr. Atta-ur-Rahman obtained his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Kings College, University of Cambridge (1968). He has over 1559 international publications in several fields of organic chemistry (h index 76, citations 38,200) (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=bSBNj1MAAAAJ) including 86 international patents, 70 chapters in books, 875 research publications, , and 391 books (11 authored and 380 edited). He is Editor of the world's leading encyclopedic series of volumes on natural products "Studies in Natural Product Chemistry", 81 volumes of which have been published by Elsevier Science Publishers under his Editorship during the last three decades. Prof. Rahman is the most decorated scientist of Pakistan having won four civil awards including Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (1983), Sitara-i-Imtiaz (1991), Hilal-i-Imtiaz (1998), and the highest national civil award Nishan-i-Imtiaz (2002). Prof. Rahman was elected as Fellow of the prestigious Royal Society (London) on 14th July 2006, and is now the only scientist in the Islamic World to be a Fellow of this 370 year old Society. He won the prestigious UNESCO Science Prize (1999) and was elected Honorary Life Fellow of Kings College, Cambridge University, UK (2007). Prof. Rahman has been conferred honorary doctorate degrees by many leading world universities including: Cambridge University (UK) (1987), Coventry University (UK) (2007), Bradford University (UK) (2010), Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand) (2010) and University of Technology Mara, (Malaysia) (2011). Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman was conferred The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) (Italy) Prize for Institution Building in October (2009) and the high civil award (“Grosse Goldene Ehrenzeischen am Bande") by the Austrian government (2007) and the highest scientific award of China, “The International Science & Technology Cooperation Award” (2020).
Prof. Rahman was appointed Academician (Foreign Member) of the prestigious Chinese Academy of Sciences (2015) and Fellow (Foreign Member) of the Korean Academy of Science and Technology. The leading Chinese University on Traditional Medicine in Changsha, Hunan has established the “Academician Professor Atta-ur-Rahman One Belt and One Road TCM Research Center”) in October 2019 and the largest university in Malaysia, Universiti Technologi, Mara, Malaysia (UiTM), has also established an institution entitled, “Atta-ur-Rahman Institute on Natural Product Discovery (AuRins)” in 2013. Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman was the Federal Minister for Science and Technology (14th March, 2000 – 20th November, 2002), Federal Minister of Education (2002) and Chairman of the Higher Education Commission with the status of a Federal Minister from 2002-2008. Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman was the Coordinator General of COMSTECH, an OIC Ministerial Committee comprising the 57 Ministers of Science & Technology from 57 OIC member countries from 1996 to 2012. He is presently Professor Emeritus at the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences, University of Karachi which is now internationally recognized as the UNESCO Center of Excellence.

Former Vice Chancellor, Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi Prof. Dr. S.M. Tariq Rafi graduated in 1982 and joined Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre as Medical Officer, He did his F.C.P.S. & F.R.C.S. and became Professor of ENT at Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre in 2001. He has been the Convener, Examiner, Paper Setter at College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) and has trained more than 100 students for F.C.P.S., M.S. and D.L.O.
He has more than seventy publications in National and International Journals. He has been the Past President of the Society of ENT and Ex- President of SAARC ENT Society and the former Dean of ENT a College of Physician & Surgeons Pakistan and the former Vice Chancellor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi. He is now the Chairperson of Sindh Higher Education Commission and he has been awarded with the civil award of Tamgha-i-Imtiaz by the President of Pakistan in recognition of his contributions to education and health in the country.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khalid Khan is the Vice President of Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (KIET), Pakistan. He is also the Dean of Computing and Information Sciences. He is a seasoned professional having an experience of over two decades in Information System implementation, training, coaching and research. He holds a Post Doctorate in Blockchain and Predictive Analytics from UTP, Malaysia and PhD in Computer Science. He has attended two Master programs, one in Computer Science and the other in Business Administration.
Dr. Khalid has won research funding from National and International agencies including UTP Malaysia and NRPU, TDF, NCAI funding from HEC Pakistan. The total award is above 30 Million PKR. Dr. Khalid has published and presented many articles in peer reviewed international journals and conferences. His citation count is around 900.

Prof. Dr Mansoor-uz-Zafar Dawood is an eminent scholar, Educationist, and for the last 7 years todate is the distinguished Vice Chancellor of the prestigious Ilma University (Formerly IBT) Karachi, Pakistan. Prof. Dr. Mansoor has almost 35 years’ experience in educational management and research in Pakistan, USA, and Saudi Arabia with more than 30 research publications. Prof. Dr Mansoor uz Zafar Dawood’s success path was plotted starting from his educational achievements. He attained the top position (First class First) in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, Pakistan and received prestigious King Faisal Foundation scholarship from Saudi Arabia for MS study in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, USA. He completed his PhD in Information Technology from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET) Jamshoro, Pakistan with the honor of being first Pakistani PhD in Information Technology from any Pakistani university. He served in various Universities in Saudi Arabia for around 15 years. Including KFUPM, , HAIL University, King Faisal University, and King Abdul Aziz University, North Jeddah campus Jeddah. He has been appointed at key positions as Dean and Rector in Pakistan, and Head of accreditation units for Computing and Engineering programs Accreditation with ABET-USA in King Faisal University, and King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia. Prof. Dr Mansoor uz Zafar Dawood cultivates an acute insight with a futuristic outlook into all paradigms of working to propel shifts in mindsets for the systemization and sustainability of pedagogies with a definitive applicability factor.
Prof. Dr. Syed Irfan Hyder's impressive credentials include an MS and PhD from the University of Texas, Austin, USA, as well as a BE from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi, and an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. With a wealth of academic experience and a strong background in Information Technology, he has held key roles including IT Consultant at Oxford University Press, Director at Software Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., Deputy Director of Computer Studies at IBA, Vice President & Dean at PAF-KIET, and Rector at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM). He has also served as Vice Chancellor of Ziauddin University.
Presently, he is the Vice Chancellor of Salim Habib University, where he is driving transformative initiatives that foster innovative strategies and make impactful advancements empowering students, faculty, and staff to excel in education, research, and societal contribution.
Prof. Dr. Tariq Rahim Soomro, Professor of Computer Science, and Rector at Institute of Business Management, has received BSc (Hons) and M.Sc degrees in Computer Science from University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan and his PhD in Computer Applications from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China and became the first Pakistani to receive all three degrees in the field of Computer Science. He has more than 29 years of extensive and diverse experience as an administrator, computer programmer, researcher, and teacher. As an administrator, He served as Coordinator, Head of Department, Head of Faculty, Dean of Faculty, Head of Academic Affairs and having wide experience in accreditation related matters, including ABET USA, HEC Pakistan, KHDA Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers. He has been a senior member of IEEE since 2005 and IEEE Member since 2000. He is currently serving as Chair IEEE Karachi Section and IEEE Computer Society R10 Southern Area Coordinator of Computer Society. He is member Task Force on Arabic Script IDNs by Middle East Strategy Working Group (MESWG) of ICANN, Member Editorial Board of several research Journals and also served as Technical Program Committee Member of several national and international conferences. He received the ISOC Fellowship to the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) for the 68th Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Meeting. He is also the first Pakistani to became IEEE Computer Society Distinguished Visitor (2021-2023) and also became the first and only Pakistani to be selected by the IEEE Computer Society to the ‘Inaugural Class of IEEE Computer Society' as Distinguished Contributor (2021) in the field of Computer Science.
Prof. Dr. Mbekezeli Sibahle Nxumalo is a Senior Lecturer at Rhodes University, South Africa, where he teaches Mathematics. He obtained his Doctoral Degree in Mathematics at the University of South Africa. His research interests are in Topology: General, Point-free and Categorical. He is currently supervising postgraduate students (Honours, Masters and PhD) at Rhodes University.

Prof. Dr. Manzoor Ahmed received the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China, in 2015. From 1997 to 2000, he was a Lecturer with Balochistan Engineering University and a Telecomm Engineer with government-owned telecommunication service provider NTC, Pakistan, from 2000 to 2011. He was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the Electrical Engineering Department, Tsinghua University, China, from 2015 to 2018.
He worked as an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Qingdao University. He is currently working as a Professor with the School of Computer and Information Science and also with the Institute for AI Industrial Technology Research, Hubei Engineering University, Xiaogan. He has several research publications in IEEE top journals and conferences. His research interests include resource allocation and offloading in vehicular communications and networking, fog and edge computing, socially aware D2D communication, physical layer security, RIS, backscattering, and UAV communication. He received several awards, including the Distinction Award from the President of Pakistan, the Best Employee Award from NTC, and the excellent paper and Best paper awards from Intelligent and Converged Networks and the GameNets Conference in 2023 and 2014, respectively.

Dr. Jay Kumar is an Artificial Intelligence Scientist at Dalhousie University in Canada. He specializes in developing real-time AI solutions for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and geospatial trajectory data. Dr. Kumar has authored over 25 research publications in leading journals and conference venues. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.

Dr. Umair Ali Khan holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Intelligent Transportation Systems from AAU, Austria. After completing his doctorate, he has worked in various academic and research roles across Austria, Germany, and Pakistan. Currently, he is a Senior Researcher at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland, where his research focuses on AI applications, machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI. Additionally, he serves as an AI Advisor for the Finnish AI Region (FAIR) project, contributing to technical assistance, AI roadmap design, and the development of prototypes and proof of concepts to facilitate business integration of AI. Besides this, he is also involved in several other EU projects focused on AI-based upskilling, enhancing knowledge management in businesses through AI, innovative uses of AI in education and public services, and promoting large-scale awareness and understanding of AI.

Dr. Ashir Javeed is working as research scientist at the department of Computer Science,
Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlskrona, Sweden. He is an accomplished researcher with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Software Engineering, and Healthcare Informatics. With a Ph.D. in Software Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), his doctoral work pioneered an automated diagnostic system based on novel features and machine learning techniques for healthcare. His current research aims to advance trustworthy AI, data analytics, and the application of machine learning in critical areas like health informatics and data security.
Dr. Javeed’s expertise spans several areas of cutting-edge AI research, such as deep learning, data privacy, and predictive models for healthcare. He is currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden, following his previous position at the Aging Research Center, Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, where he contributed to neurological disorder prediction models using AI.
Dr. Javeed has an impressive track record of publications in high-impact journals, covering topics like dementia prediction, cardiovascular disease diagnosis, and advanced ML techniques for Parkinson’s and heart disease detection. Notable publications include articles in IEEE Access, Scientific Reports, and Frontiers in Bioengineering. His work on optimizing dementia and sleep apnea prediction models using hybrid AI approaches has gained wide recognition.
In addition to his research, Dr. Javeed has actively participated in conferences such as the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing and the International Conference on Control, Automation and Diagnosis. He is also a guest editor for prestigious journals, contributing to special issues on AI for medical applications.
An experienced educator, Dr. Javeed has taught a variety of subjects ranging from Operating Systems and Software Engineering to Data Structures and Machine Learning. His ongoing research projects explore predictive modeling for chronic diseases, aiming to improve diagnostic efficiency using AI-driven systems.
Dr. Javeed continues to advance AI's role in healthcare through his innovative research and international collaborations.

Dr. Muslim Jameel Syed is an Assistant Professor at Atlantic Technological University, Galway. He specializes in Responsible AI, Blockchain Technology and Compliance and regulations for emerging digital technologies. With a robust background as an academic and researcher, Dr. Syed provides expert opinions (as Expert witness ) in US legal cases, examines complex patent disputes, and advises on compliance for SMEs. Dr. Syed’s research focuses on helping governments, industries, and communities navigate AI risks while harnessing its benefits. Ms. Madia Safdar earned her B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from COMSATS Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2011. She holds two M.Sc. degrees: one in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NUST Islamabad, Pakistan, and another in Power Systems and Automation from Aalto University, Finland. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Power System and Energy Engineering at Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland.
Her research focuses on the planning, sizing, and optimization of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for industrial and residential applications, with an emphasis on providing stability and resilience to the grid through ancillary services. During her M.Sc. research at Aalto University, she explored the benefits of residential sector participation in demand response programs, highlighting monthly energy bill savings. At NUST, her research centered on developing an optimized load-scheduling model for household appliances to minimize electricity costs.
Madia has published research papers on topics such as demand response, BESS optimization, and power systems. From 2018 till 2019, she served as research assistant at Aalto university. From 2021 to 2023, she served as an Instructional Assistant at Kuwait College of Science and Technology. She is also a member of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Title: Optimal Sizing of Battery Energy Storage Capacity Considering Demand Charge for Industrial Loads
Mr. Muhammad Iftikhar Umrani joined Walton Institute as a PhD research student as a part SFI (Science Foundation Ireland) CONNECT Project in February 2023. Before this, Iftikhar was working as a Lecturer in the department of Computer Science at SZABIST University Pakistan.
His research study is primarily focused on improving the efficiency and reliability of UAV operations while minimizing the potential threats by employing Deep Learning based security measures. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, FANETs and UAV Security.

Prof. Dr. Amir Mehmood is currently working as Dean faculty of Computing at Al-Kawthar University, Karachi. He has a total of more than 21 years of professional and teaching experience. He has done his PhD in Computer Science with specialization in Communication and Networks. He is also involved in various national and international research projects. His area of research is sensor networks applications, IoT, Digital Forensics and Cyber Security.
Title: Post-Quantum Computing Era: Applications, Issues, and Challenges
Dr. Wazir Ali is affiliated with department of Computer Science, Institute of Business Management (IoBM). He received his Ph.D degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Computer Science and Engineering and postdoctoral fellowship from the Turku University, Finland. He has outstanding research experience. His primary research interests include natural language processing, large language models. His research papers have been published in scientific journals and top Natural Language Processing (NLP) conferences including the Association of Computational Linguistics (ACL), Language Resources and Evaluation Conference (LREC), and Workshop on Computational Approaches to Subjectivity, Sentiment and Social Media Analysis (WASSA). One of his paper was nominated for the best paper award in Student Research Workshop Associated with Recent Advances in Natural Language Processing (RANLP-2021). He is a member of the Neural Network Society (NNS), the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL). Dr. Wazir Ali is serving as part of the scientific committee at WASSA and Insights (2022-2024) conferences. He is also serving as a reviewer of various scientific journals in the area of Natural Language Processing. He is founding director and CEO of SoloGen-AI Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Muhammad Rafi has received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from the FAST-Institute of Computer Science affiliated with the University of Karachi, Pakistan, in 1996 and 2000, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science, in 2017. He has more than ten years of experience in software development and is also a Consultant for the local software industry. His current research interests include algorithm development, machine learning, information retrieval, text/data mining, time series analysis, and natural language processing. He has published more than 35 jurnals with a combined impact of 43.5 He is currently a professor of computer science and leading AI & DS department at FAST NUCES Karachi Campus. He has received several research grants awards in innovating AI application for language and semantic processing. He served on a Judge and Technical Quality Review Team at many versions of IEEEXtreme Programming competitions and ICPC Programming. He served as a reviewer in various international journals of high impact.

Dr. M. Mujtaba Shaikh is currently pursuing his Post Doctoral Fellowship research at Air University, Islamabad awarded by Sindh Higher Education Commission (SHEC). He received his Ph.D. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Malaga, Spain, in 2017, M.S. in Telecommunication Engineering in 2006 from Usman Institute, Hamdard University, Karachi, Pakistan and bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan, in 2001. From 2003 to 2008, he served as an Assistant Manager in Communication and Scada Department, Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC), Karachi. He worked at the Department of Electronic Engineering, Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology, Nawabshah, Sindh, Pakistan from 2008 to 2018.
Since 2019, he is a Professor and Head of the Telecommunication Engineering Department at Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology, Nawabshah, Sindh, Pakistan. He also served on various administrative positions like Director postgraduate studies, Director IICT, Director Finance, Chairman Testing Service from 2019 to 2023 at Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology, Nawabshah, Sindh, Pakistan. From 2014 to 2017, he worked as a Researcher at the Department of Communications Engineering, University of Malaga. His main research interests include small cell networks, LTE-A, underwater sensor networks, NOMA with mmWave communication, 5G and 6G networks, and technologies with special interest in HCNs.

Mr. Shakir Karim holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NU) and is awaiting his dissertation defense to earn a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). With over 20 years of academic experience, Mr. Karim is a distinguished educator, researcher, and counselor who has dedicated his career to developing talent in computer science and technology. His research interests span diverse fields, including crowdsourcing, information systems, artificial intelligence, semantic web, logic design, and data analytics.
Throughout his career, Mr. Karim has seamlessly combined his roles as an educator and mentor, inspiring students to excel in academics and guiding them through personalized counseling to achieve their professional aspirations. After serving at Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology for 19 years, he recently joined Al-Kawthar University, where he continues his mission of academic and professional excellence. An expert in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Continual Quality Improvement (CQI) methodologies, Mr. Karim is a strong advocate for OBE's transformative potential in academia. Formatting Requirements
Ensure that your manuscript complies with these formatting rules. Submissions that do not conform to the IEEE template will be returned for revision.
Once your paper is submitted, it will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on originality, technical soundness, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.
Plagiarism and Originality
We take plagiarism very seriously. IEEE defines plagiarism as the use of someone else’s prior ideas, processes, results, or words without appropriate attribution. To maintain academic integrity, authors must ensure that their submissions are free from plagiarism.
Originality
All papers must be original and not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions found to contain plagiarized material or previously published content will be rejected. A similarity index of greater than 15% may result in the paper being rejected.
Self-Plagiarism
Authors must avoid self-plagiarism, which includes copying large sections from their own previously published work without citation. If your new submission builds upon previous research, ensure proper citation and contextualization.
If plagiarism is detected after publication, the paper will be retracted, and the authors may face further consequences.
