TEKNOFEST PAKISTAN 2026 COMPETITION:

MiTE students actively participated in Teknofest Pakistan, held on January 3, 2026, at Expo Centre Karachi, where institutions from across the city showcased innovation, creativity, and technical excellence. The event witnessed participation from 30 universities, 15 colleges, and 25 schools, making it one of the most competitive and vibrant technology expos in the region.

We are proud to share that MiTE achieved an outstanding milestone by securing 1st Position in the “Pitch Your Idea” competition among 45 participants. This achievement reinforces MiTE’s strong presence in innovation-driven platforms and reflects our continued commitment to excellence in academics, creativity, and industry-relevant skills. We congratulate our students and faculty for representing MiTE with distinction and making us proud.

 

TEKNOFEST 2025 COMPETITION:

The Department of Computer Science, in collaboration with ORIC, successfully hosted an engaging Robotics Exhibition and different competitions at MiTE. Students showcased fast and accurate autonomous robots developed using infrared sensors, PID controllers, and motor drivers. The competitions highlighted students’ technical expertise, creativity, and hands-on learning. Congratulations to all participants for their dedication and impressive work the future of robotics at MiTE is truly bright!

TECHVENTURE COMPETITION:

TechVenture 3.0 : A Celebration of Student Innovation

TechVenture 3.0 was successfully organized by the Department of Computer Science in collaboration with ORIC at MiTE. The event showcased innovative student projects and cutting-edge ideas, highlighting creativity, technical skills, and future-focused solutions.

Students demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and innovation, making the event a vibrant platform for learning, collaboration, and inspiration. TechVenture 3.0 truly reflected MiTE’s commitment to nurturing talent and promoting a culture of innovation and technology.

 

Line Following Robot Competition

The Department of Computer Science and ORIC hosted an exciting Line Following Robot Competition. Students designed fast and accurate autonomous robots using infrared sensors, PID controllers, and motor drivers. With expert judges evaluating, teams demonstrated remarkable creativity and technical skill. Congratulations to all participants for their hard work and innovation — the future of robotics is bright at MiTE!

Techpreneurship Competition

MiTE hosted Technopreneurship, an insightful event bringing together industry experts, corporate professionals, and aspiring innovators. The session focused on how emerging technologies can be converted into practical business ideas and scalable ventures. Discussions revolved around market readiness, innovation commercialization, and entrepreneurial mindset development. Participants explored real-world pathways to convert classroom learning and tech prototypes into impactful startup projects.
